Montrose Soccer Club

Both United and Premier teams compete in tournaments each season. Tournaments for United or Premier teams can be in Durango, Grand Junction, the Denver area, and even out of state if the team chooses to do so. Out-of-state tournaments are typically located in Nevada, Utah, or Arizona.

Each team typically attends 2 tournaments. Season registration fees cover team tournament allowances, which are used to pay tournament entry fees. Tournament selection often occurs well before the season begins, as some have very early registration deadlines. League games will be rescheduled around those dates.

The tournament options listed below are listed in order by date and categorized by competition level. Premier and Developmental Tournaments would be appropriate for either Advanced League or Mountain Region League teams depending on which division a team enters. Premier Only tournaments are larger, considered the most competitive, and typically have more expensive entry fees. Developmental Only tournaments are smaller, considered the least competitive, and have the least expensive entry fees.

The provided tournament options are simply suggestions. Other tournaments may be selected, or United teams may choose to compete in Premier Only tournaments. Tournament selection is at the discretion of each team coach.
